Appointment Confirmed
You Did It. Your Appointment Is Confirmed.
That first step is the biggest one, and you took it. Here's everything you need to know before your appointment so you're completely prepared when the time comes.
Your Paperwork Comes First
Shortly after booking, you'll receive an email from our electronic health records system with a link to complete your new patient paperwork. This includes your consent forms and demographic information. Please complete all paperwork before your first appointment. It helps Jessica show up fully prepared for your visit and makes sure your first session is spent on what matters most, which is you.
If you don't see the email within a few hours, check your spam folder. If it's not there either, give us a call at 316-665-0608 and we'll get it sorted.
Before Your Appointment:
- Complete your paperwork. Watch for the email from our EHR system and fill everything out before your appointment date.
- Find a private space. Somewhere you feel comfortable talking freely, whether that's your bedroom, your car, or your home office.
- Test your tech. Make sure your camera and microphone are working on the device you plan to use.
- Have your insurance card nearby. If you haven't already provided your insurance information, it helps to have it handy.
- Write down anything important. If there are specific symptoms, concerns, or questions you want to make sure you cover, jot them down before your call so you don't have to remember everything in the moment.
- Check your email for your telehealth link. Your appointment confirmation and instructions for joining your session will be in your inbox.
There's nothing else you need to do. Just show up, be yourself, and let the conversation go where it needs to go.
We're glad you're here.
