Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive a link to join your session. It's simpler than most people expect.

Make sure you have your insurance information handy, a list of any current medications you're taking, and a quiet, private space for the call. It can also help to jot down a few notes about what's been going on so you don't have to remember everything on the spot. Other than that, just show up.

That's exactly what the first appointment is for. You don't have to come in with a decision already made. Jessica will take the time to understand what you're experiencing and talk through all of your options with you. Nothing is prescribed without a thorough conversation first.

Yes. Your privacy is protected under HIPAA. We take confidentiality seriously and will never share your information without your consent, with very limited exceptions required by law (such as situations involving safety). If you have specific questions about your privacy rights, feel free to ask.
